Buxom Mascara

Just recently bought this buxom mascara and I'm in love! I needed a new mascara so I went to sephora and went to their favorite best selling mascara section and this one was there. I've never tried something from buxom, to be honest. I had never even heard of it, until my friend told me it was really popular. I know sephora has a good return policy, so I bought it knowing if I absolutely dreaded it, I could bring it back no questions asked. 

I took it home and it turned out to be really good!!! It doesn't leave too many clumps and it gives me good volume as well as length! 

It ended up being $18 for it, but it's well worth the price! 

If you're looking for a good everyday mascara, this is one of them! And you won't regret it!

Pinks and Browns: Naked 3

Is anyone else as excited as I am for this to come out?! I have the Naked 2 and have been using that one non stop. I know that its features are Rosy colors as well as some browns, which are perfect for anyone with brown or hazel eyes! The release date is rumored to be in January, but urban decay seems to be carrying it right now!!!! Just in time for the holidays! 

Naked 2 // Urban Decay

I would do a review, but I know almost everyone in this world know what the Naked 2 Palette from Urban Decay is. It's amazing that's what it is. Here's some photos in all its glory! 

The brush that the palette came with isn't my favorite, but it does the job. One side is the eyeshadow brush and the other end is a blender brush. 

And even though the palette is waay overpriced, I can see what all the hype is about. The pigments are pretty great and the colors are perfect for any skin color. 

stronger nails // one step

I recently bought this nail polish that is supposed to help with chipping and peeling. My nails peel and chip SO often, it's ridiculously frustrating. But when I found this I figured I'd try it! It was only $3 at Ross... so I didn't expect it to work so well. 

I put it on my natural nails and then nailpolish over it and then some more over the dry colored nailpolish. My nails have NOT peeled in over a week!!! I am so surprised with this product, especially since I bought it at ross for so cheap!!

And even better.... it was made in the USA!

Finals and whatnot!

It's that time of the quarter again! I figure I should take a break from studying to write a little.

I'm actually really stressed out about my finals. I only have two since I had to put up my work for open studios which counts as another final. But these paper finals I'm not as used to. All this studying is wearing me out! And to top off the studying, I've been working at Victoria's Secret at 5am. ARGHHG! I mean it isn't all too bad since I have the rest of my day to do other things, but it's still a bitch to wake up at 4 to get to work at 5. It's definitely something I'm getting used to though. Slowly but surely.

Other than that, it's almost Christmas!!! One of my favorite times of the year! I absolutely love getting together with all the family and just celebrating, drinking, and laughing. Oh and singing of course! I'll only be at my hometown for a week or so since I want to come straight back and continue working. Sounds lame I know, but I rather be making that cash flow instead of doing nothing at home.

I've wrapped so many presents! My family and friends are gonna be excited! I was able to give out better gifts this year! :) eek! I wanna see their faces when they open their gifts! Especially my dad! Shhh.... he got an iPad! :) I don't think he reads my blog so I think it's safe to post this!

And I know my boyfriend reads this so I can't say what I got him :)

Oh and the wrapping on these gifts is kind of amazing if I do say so!
